Up until about a month ago I had limited knowledge of Shawn McDonald and his music. I was familiar with his song Gravity from a few years back (which is a great song) but nothing beyond that. Then I learned that my daughter’s guitar teacher would be headed out on tour to play guitar in his band. was eager to hear more of his music, but I was not really prepared for how sophisticated and soulful this album is.
“Captivated”, “Clarity” “Shadowlands” and “Time” are my favorite songs.
